The Creation of Lillian's Bath House

Bath time was the ultimate bonding moment with my mother.  As a child she would read to me, wash my back, sing with me and teach me all about natural self care.  A firm believer in natural remedies, my mom would fill the tub with perfectly warm water, fresh herbs, flowers, salts and oils.  As she got older and our roles began to change, I would read to her, play music and prepare the same herbal baths for her that she had once done for me.    I honor her memory by sharing her herbal tea baths and scrubs with all of you.
